Episode 123 Detox from 2020

 In Podcast

This March looks a lot different from last March. Things feel lighter and a little more hopeful. Many students are going back into school buildings and parents are finally having the house to themselves for the first time in a year.

Spring cleaning energy is real, but before your dive deep into a cleaning and organizing project, consider taking a little time to reflect. Think about what has changed this past year. What changes do you want to keep and what changes do you want to let go?

My grocery cart has changed. There are things I buy now that I didn’t regularly by before last March. Some of them, like ice cream cones maybe need to stay on the shelf, but others like frozen cherries are new family favorites.

What has changed in your home since last year? What things do you want to keep and what things do you want to let go?
