Welcome to the new refresh of the Feed Your Family Tonight Podcast. We will be releasing episodes on Tuesdays now instead of Fridays.
With the refresh I thought you may want to hear a little more about why Feed Your Family Tonight is so important to me. I started it four years ago and it has taken many twists and turns. But, one thing has never changed. Feed Your Family Tonight is here to build stronger families one dinner at a time.
If you are struggling to get dinner on the table, worrying about how you are feeding your family. I see you.
I see you in the grocery story wondering if you should spend the extra $1 to get the organic celery. I see you crying in the corner because your toddler threw $5 worth or organic black berries on the floor and smirked as he ate the goldfish you reluctantly offered.
I see you when you are just trying to get dinner on the table after a long day at work and you are tired and overwhelmed.
Know that you are doing great! You are enough! Feeding your family is enough!
There are so many people out there ready to tell you that you are doing everything wrong. I am here to quiet those voices and help you get a little calm and a little confidence in the kitchen. I don’t have all the answers, but I have a system that works for me. You can take the simple framework and adapt it to your life.
Weeknight dinners cannot be a one size fits all solution. Every family is different and you need a system that can adapt to your specific needs.
Next week we will dive deep into the Feed Your Family Tonight meal planning framework to help you make weeknight dinner just a little easier in your home.
Family dinners are not about perfection. Family dinners are about connection. The family dinner table is a place to create stability and predictability for your family and it is going to look different in every home.
