Taco Mix
I like to make my own taco mix. It is super simple and I control the ingredients. So many packaged mixes have added sugar and other stabilizers and preservatives that I would like to avoid.
I make this taco mix in a big batch use it to make traditional beef tacos, chicken tacos, or sprinkle it with mashed avocados and lime juice for a quick guacamole.
